ISO31000 is an International of Risk Management issued by ISO (International Organization for Standardization). Since its official publication, various organizations from corporation, government, and also non-profit organization could use it as a reference in implementing integrated risk management – widely called as Enterprise Risk Management or ERM – in their work place.
In implementing ISO31000-based ERM, we need professionals who have fundamental knowledge about the principles, framework, and integrated process of managing risks. Subsequently the professional need to have sufficent skill in using various risk assessment techniques, and also the skill of how to audit the risk management implementation in the organization.
In fulfilling those needs, CRMS Indonesia offers a series of ISO31000 intensive workshop that consists of three main streams as follow:
Series of ISO 31000 International Risk Management Standard

Series 1: ISO 31000 International Risk Management Standard - ERM Fundamentals

This workshop is designed to equip participants the fundamental knowledge about ISO31000 as an international reference to implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and how to practice it in the real world scenario. It emphasizes how the 11 principles of managing risk being in place, how the framework of managing risk being established, and how the process of managing risk being conducted in organization.

Series 2: ISO 31000 International Risk Management Standard - Risk Assessment Techniques IEC/ISO 31010
Type: 4.5 days on-site learning process.

This workshop is designed for participants to acquire advance knowledge in applying risk assessment techniques which are needed in implementing ISO31000 in certain organization. The approach of workshop is heavily emphasized on practicing each techniques of risk assessment as suggested in ISO31010 document. Participants of this workshop is ideally for those who have fundamental knowledged about ISO31000, or those who already have a professional designation of risk management such as CRMP holders, ERMCP holders, and bankers who have BSMR level 3 at least.

Series 3: ISO 31000 International Risk Management Standard - Auditing Risk Management
Type: 4.5 days on-site learning process.

This workshop is designed for those involved in auditing or assessing the implementation of risk management in certain organization, either their own organization or their clients. The approach of this workshop is based on ISO31000 documentation series, and the coach will be a combination between those who have experiences in auditing risk management process based on ISO31000 and practitioners who have implemented ISO31000 standard in their organization.
